The Green House

Nice place with good food. For a large group the sharing experience is great but could do with a bit more food. Quality, diversity and taste are good. Explanation of dishes could be a little better. The service for drinks as well. And not able to serve cappuccino or espresso at the end due to to much work at 1 time ... that's actually unacceptable. What's the difference in making a coffee or espresso in time or difficulty .... was absolutly completly fully booked on a Monday ....

Together with a friend I had made a reservation at the green house. We had high expectations of the place considering the reviews and the type of place (meaning the sustainability aspect). Unfortunately our expectations weren’t met. After we were seated it took the server 20 minutes to come and take our order (this was a Tuesday afternoon). When he took our order he came across as very uninterested and inexperienced. We then ordered food (the fries and the cheese platter) and specifically asked for the cheese platter to be gluten free (so leaving out any bread and crackers). After I had to get up and order our food inside because no one came to take our order, once the food arrived no explanation was given as to what type of cheeses we were receiving and bread was served along side (after specially asking for it to be left out). When we payed and asked about the bread we were told it was gluten free (however this was not said in the moment and during the meal no one came by to ask how things were so we didn’t have an opportunity to ask). Overall I am very disappointed, it’s a cool location and nice interior but the food is overpriced, tasteless, and the service is very bad. We will not be back and do not recommend this place to anyone.

-Service really bad (very slow and you can see very clearly how inexpert they are). -Food goes between tasteless to it's not so bad. With the lunch experience, there's nothing that you can have a reason to come back. -Extremely expensive taking into account the quality, amount and service. -Something good to mention is the place per se. It looks nice, green, and cosy. Even if the place per ser looks nice, because of how bad and expensive is the restaurant, I can not give more than 1 star. It's only a trap for people who want to be cool.
